Pour two to three cups of water in a steamer and place a greased colander over it. I don't have steamer so I am doing in pan.Arrange the muthias on a greased colander and steam for fifteen to twenty minutes or till done.

If you feel it's time consuming can make big muthias also and steam it,but frying time have to cut into small slice.

Meanwhile Heat a pan with a tsp oil add Ginger and curry leaves fry for few seconds, then add onion and fry till golden brown.Add garlic saute , Add roughly chopped tomato, and 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5-6 min.
Let it cool and grind it to a smooth paste.
