Aam panna / Kairi Ka pani / Summer Refreshment


Hello friend after a long time i m here with a summer refreshment recipe..
Home made best Summer Drink/refreshment n by adding Different flavor can get fresh n different taste every time.In north India It's very famous in summer n most of in Marwari Houses.I am following my Mom's Recipe.I love it's tangy,sweet,sour,spicy taste very much.Enjoyyyyy in Summer.


Ingredients
1 kg Raw Mango
600 gm Sugar

Method
Peel Mango and chopped roughly. Add 3/4 cup of water and take one whistle.
Let it cool,open cooker add sugar and grind when it completely cool.(don't add water)




Strain fill in air tight container.Refrigerate it .

Whenever you want just mix water in this pulp, add cumin powder,black powder,salt and mix well and enjoy yummy tangy Aam Panna.(1 - 1 1/2 tbsp pulp enough for a glass)



Note
Don't add water while grinding and for 10-15 day you can preserve this pulp in Refrigerator.
Can add lemon juice while mixing water.
Can add coriander leaves also for giving fresh flavour and same thing with mint leaves.
For 4 glasses - 4-5 tbsp mint or coriander leaves grind into fine paste with water and mix it while add water.
Can add very little green chilly also for mild spicy taste

Lemonade | Lemon Juice | Healthy Juice Recipe | Summer drinks Recipe



We went to temple this Sunday and got so much basil leaves in Prashadam,so I did this experiment and no doubt it's so Refreshing and Yummy ....

Preparation       Time 10 min.
Serving 4

Ingredients

3 tbsp juice of lemon(1 lemon)
6 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Crushed Basil leaves
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
2 glass Water(400 ml)



Method

Squeezing lemon juice
Add sugar.Stir until dissolved.Add Basil leaves and keep in fridge for 30-40 min.
Strain and serve chilled.



Another way also we can use-
Take sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to, add lemon juice,basil and remaining water and stir it.
and refrigerate until chilled.



Note
I used basil but for variation can use Mint,coriander leaves and ginger also and enjoy every time new flavoure.
Adjust sugar According to your taste.

Last Sunday I got fresh grapes in comfortable price. Yanshu like grapes very much but before it he never tried grape juice it was his first time ,so I made according to his taste little sweet n he enjoyed a lot.



Preparation  Cooking and Time 10 min.
Serving 4

Ingredients
3 cups Grapes(1/2 kg)
5 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 glass Water(100 ml)

Method
Put grapes in mixer jar along with all ingredients. Grind it and filter with help of strainer.
If required add ice cubes and serve chilled.



Note
Adjust sugar according to your taste.
For a twist use 1 tsp lemon juice.

1 medium Pineapple
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 inch ginger piece
1 glass Water(200 ml)
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp Honey/Sugar

Method
Peal and cut pineapple into chunks.
Put in mixer jar along with all ingredients.
Grind it and filter with help of strainer.
If required add ice cubes and serve chilled.

Confused Morning .....Little Papaya n Pineapple was peeping Out n saying do something.. wana come out. I took both n put in blender. Really smoothie was Yummmmmm!!!!


Preparation and Cooking Time 15 min.
Serving  2
Ingredients
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
4      tbsp Sugar / Honey
3/4 cup  milk
1/4  tsp Vanilla essence
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender except Milk  and blend it.
Now add milk blend till smooth.

Note
If you wish can add banana.
Adding vanilla Ice-Cream will give Royal Taste.

Agua Fresca De Papaya | Papaya Recipe


Agua fresca which means “Fresh water” are popular all over Mexico. In fact you can use any fruit you like to prepare your agua fresca..Best Refreshment and easy way to keep body Dehydrate in hot summer.We loved it n another thing very easy .

Preparation Time 10 Min.
Cooking Time 5 min.
Serving  2

Ingredient
2 cups papayas, peeled,coarsely chopped
4 tbsp sugar (more, if needed)
1 tbsp lime juice
2 3/4 cups water
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Method

Choose very ripe fruit; peel and coarsely chop.
Blend all ingredients into smooth puree.If you wish rub through a fine strainer into a large jar or pitcher and discard pulp.(I didn't strain)

Pour the agua fresca over ice cubes into tall glasses.

Slices or chunks of matching fruit may be added as garnish just before servinge



Note
Try with any fruit.Best with Melon family Fruit.
Some time can add Mint leaves also for making more refreshing...
