Pineapple Juice Recipe

Preparation and serving time 10 min.
Serving 2
Ingredients
1 medium Pineapple
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 inch ginger piece
1 glass Water(200 ml)
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp Honey/Sugar

Method
Peal and cut pineapple into chunks.
Put in mixer jar along with all ingredients.
Grind it and filter with help of strainer.
If required add ice cubes and serve chilled.

Spinach Pasta | Easy Pasta Recipe


It's my second attempt I am making so rare becoz Vik doesn't like pasta very much.It's Healthy way to have something extra calorie


Ingredients

2 cups macaroni, cooked according to package directions, drained and rinsed
1 tsp chilly flakes
1/2 tsp black Pepper
2 cloves garlic, mashed and finely minced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cheese Spread
6 tbsp Milk
3/4 cup Broccoli (boiled)
Salt to taste

Method
Cook Pasta according to direction.

Heat butter in pan add Garlic,add cheese spread and milk ,stir Continuously and cook for a min. then add Red chilly flakes,black pepper,broccoli.Mix macaroni and toss well.


Serve hot.



Note
Make sure pasta should be cooked but not overcooked.
can make in white sauce also,but I this is a easy way.

Home made Paneer | Paneer Recipe


I searched on net and read so many recipes then I took conclusion from all and mingle with my Mom's Recipe, she always makes in this way n she thinks any time we can get pure n fresh paneer at home and it's very true....
Ingredients

1 liter Milk (I used full cream)
1 tbsp lemon juice


Method

Boil milk and add lemon juice to the boiling milk.
Continue heating until milk completely curdles and you could see the whey water getting separated completely. Switch off the stove.
Now take a cheese cloth or thin dupatta and strain the paneer. 
I did this with the cloth over a metal strainer and a bowl below to collect the whey water.
Wash with cold water to remove sour taste.Squeeze the excess water by hand.

Place it in a flat platform and keep a flat weight over it to press the paneer for setting it.
Wait for 3 hours or more to set it and then cut into stripes using knife. 

You can refrigerate before cutting and cut when ever you are going to use the paneer.
Then cut into small cubes and store in the fridge in a ziploc. (Use within 2-3 days)
To use it from freezer/ fridge, just immerse in hot water(not boiling) until you use. 


Notes


Make sure setting time at least 3 hours. More the time, better the texture of the paneer to get smoothness.
You can knead the chenna (paneer separated from whey) before weight putting  to make the paneer smooth. 

If the cloth is not tight enough to hold the shape in the sides, then sides may be bit crumbly.
You can use curd or vinegar also to curdle the milk. 

You can add 1/2 tsp of corn flour or all purpose flour(maida) in mik. This is used as binding agent and also prevents the paneer from crumbling.

Colour of the paneer depends on  the milk type we use.

Can use whey water to for making dough,cooking rice,dal etc.

Kairi Ki Launjee | Raw Mango Chtuney | Mango Recipe



Sweet and sour raw mango relish - a favourite of the Marwaris .In season I made it so many times but forgot the about clicks :((  so now mangoes are little yellowish otherwise these are white from inside,and taste also quite different,anyways Recipe is Same.




Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 medium Raw mango
3 tbsp Jaggery (gur),grated
Salt to taste

Spices
1 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/8 tsp Turmeric powder

To Temper
2 tbsp Mustard oil/refined oil
1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
1 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
1/4 tsp Onion seeds (kalonji)(optional)
1 tsp yellow musturd seed (Rai daal)
1/8 tsp Heeng
few curry Leaves

Method
Peel the mangoes, cut lengthwise into quarters and remove the kernel.Boil it till not tender but should't be over cooked.



Heat oil in a kadai to smoking Point.Reduce to medium heat, add methi dana,then saunf, kalonji then Mustard seeds,Heeng and curry leaves.
Add raw mangoes and saute for few second.Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. 



Stir and add jaggery and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2-3  minutes. 



Serve with Chapati,Any types of paratha or Rice.



Note
Remove and cool. Store in sterilized bottles. 
If you wish can make it dry or little more watery also.
Adjust sweetness according to sourness of mangoes
Can Refrigerate for a week .
Can use sugar instead of jaggary (gud).

Pinapaya Smoothie Recipe | Papaya Recipe


Confused Morning .....Little Papaya n Pineapple was peeping Out n saying do something.. wana come out. I took both n put in blender. Really smoothie was Yummmmmm!!!!


Preparation and Cooking Time 15 min.
Serving  2
Ingredients
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
4      tbsp Sugar / Honey
3/4 cup  milk
1/4  tsp Vanilla essence
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender except Milk  and blend it.
Now add milk blend till smooth.

Note
If you wish can add banana.
Adding vanilla Ice-Cream will give Royal Taste.
