After a unsaid Break,Enjoyed a lot with friends n now feeling Tired n lazy ,so lunch was too simple but i like this Raita very much... Ingredients:- Curd 1 cup Cucumber,finely chopped 1 small Carrot Grated 2 med. coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp zeera,black pepper powder 1/2 tsp salt to taste Method:-
Beat curd. add all dry items and mix well. Add cucumber,carrot,coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve Immediate or chilled Best with any times of Paratha or rice.
