Poha



Famous Breakfast in Madhya Pradesh.I like to have anytime , sometimes i making for dinner also. It's amazing with Hot Hot Jalebi.

Ingredients:
•Pressed rice (poha),thick         2 cups
Onions,chopped                   2 medium
•Potato cut into wedges        1 medium
•Oil                                     3 tablespoons
•Raw peanuts                       10-15
•Green chillies,chopped        2
•Mustard seeds                     1 teaspoon
•Asafoetida                        a pinch
•Curry leaves                     6-7
•Turmeric powder               1/4 teaspoon
•Salt                                   1 teaspoon
•Sugar                                  2 teaspoon
•Lemon                               1
•Fresh coriander leaves,
chopped                              2 tablespoons

Method
Place poha in a colander and pour water over to moisten it. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, 
Add  mustard seeds When the seeds splutter, add asafoetida, curry leaves and peanuts Once peanuts are crisp and lightly browned add Green chilli,potato ,onions and saute till lightly browned. 
Add turmeric and saute on medium heat for 10-15 sec.. Add poha, salt and sugar and mix well. 
Squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix. Add peanuts and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and mixture/ratlami sev.
