Kadi is simple n easy and can have with Rice,Pulav,khichadi and any types of Paratha..... Ingredients: Gram flour 3 tbsp Sour thick curds 2 cup+ Water 3 1/2 cups Green chilies 2 curry leaves 4- 5 leaves Salt 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp methi dana 1/4 tsp Asafogetida a pinch Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp Ghee 2 tbsp Kastoori methi 1 tbsp Method Beat the sour curds and the three tbsp of gram flour together into a smooth batter. Add water , salt and turmeric powder to it Chop green chilies fine.Heat two tbsp ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds and methi dana and quarter tsp hing powder to it. When mustard splutters add curry leaves, green chilly and kastoori methi and add curds . and now let it to Stir over low heat till the kadi gets cooked and becomes thick.
Garnish with coriander leaves
