Pineapple Juice Recipe



Pineapple is known to be loaded with nutrients and has a variety of medicinal benefits. Pineapple juice is known to be an excellent source of vitamin C, which is crucial for the body’s natural ability to fight disease.Pineapple Good for Eyesight ,Heart Health,Bone Strength.This time sharing health benefits becoz I think we should know  whatever our body is consuming is that healthy or not?
Preparation and serving time 10 min.
Serving 2
Ingredients
1 medium Pineapple
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 inch ginger piece
1 glass Water(200 ml)
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp Honey/Sugar

Method
Peal and cut pineapple into chunks.
Put in mixer jar along with all ingredients.
Grind it and filter with help of strainer.
If required add ice cubes and serve chilled.

  3. I love the photos and the presentation. It is so simple yet so pretty. I love pineapples and the juice is best for summers. I usually buy KDD Havest’s pineapple juice, it is the closest to the fruit taste. But I have never added lemon or ginger to it, I’ll probably try it today. Thanks :D
